Having gained experience as an Operations Manager I am looking for the next challenge to continue developing my career. I have successfully run various Depots ranging from smaller rural sites to larger London Depot and have a wealth of experience. I achieve KPI targets, able to work under pressure and have attention to detail. I build good working relationships with my teams and strive to be successful.In my current employment I was successful in having my application accepted for a development role in which I undertook training courses and completed an apprenticeship. This resulted in being offered an Assistant Manager Role and progressed to an Operations Manager.
