I have been a in the business of Real Estate since 1977 and a Broker since 1999. My husband Ed Bolan (now deceased) and myself owned 3 franchised Herbert Hawkins Real Estate offices in the San Fernando Valley. After 1985, we began Shared Realty & Shared Financial Services which was based in the San Fernando Valley as well as Las Vegas, Nevada. I also personally owned & operated a successful Allstate Insurance Agency in Glendale for 15 years and retiring from the business in 1998. I lived in the Antelope Valley for about 6 years and handled residential sales, was a loan broker (Clarion Mtg) and also enjoyed selling land in San Felipe Baja for RMAC.. THAT WAS FUN. I am still a land owner at El Dorado Ranch in Baja. Awesome community just north of San Felipe and on the Sea of Cortez.After moving to the "Kern River Valley" in 2004 I began a new adventure by handling re-sales for "R Ranch in the Sequoias...Johnsondale" There is such interesting history here in Johnsondale... In 1934 the ranch was operated as "Mt Whitney Lumber Company", closing in 1979. A developer, Jeff Dennis, purchased the ranch and transformed the old mill town into "R Ranch In the Sequoias" a awesome & majestic vacation destination that so many people have been enjoying since 1989.In 2006 I purchased "R Ranch Realty" and began helping with the re-sales at the R Ranch. I have totally enjoyed being an "owner" at the R Ranch, but being able to share the love of the ranch with others has been wonderful. In 2010 I remarried and now enjoy this awesome area & my ranch with my husband Wayne Horn (yes, I am now Sharon Bolan-Horn)..
