Assist in annual operating budget for Distribution Center/Sales Operations.Responsible for monitoring and collaborating with management in the analysis of monthly financial reports.Assist with DC and Functional Management to ensure accuracy of Labor Reporting.Collaborate with management team on monitoring and controlling of operating expenses to include identification of savings opportunities.Vendor Contract support and tracking.Monitor Internal Control environment compliance.Identify Internal Control gaps and assist in remediation.Maintain Internal Control Checklists and communicate status to mgmt.Perform monthly/quarterly independent Internal Control audits.Support the sampling/free goods process to ensure proper internal controls.Manage Financial support staff which includes a Business Supervisor, 5 Distribution Center Administrators and 3 Route Processing Administrators at 2 different locations.
