As Client Support Manager my role involved management of client accounts – including resolving divert enquiries, setting up additional services, resolving issues, changing schemes. I provided support to the Client Support Team, PA & Sales teams, management of client retention, client administration – updating existing accounts, setting up straplines, phone.

Charleston, South Carolina

I worked in South Carolina for 3 months setting up the Moneypenny USA office in Charleston. I was involved in all aspects of establishing a new business from recruitment of employees to setting operational standards to ensuring that Moneypennys culture & ethos translated effectively stateside.

My responsibilities as Reception Team Manager included mentoring, supporting and motivating the Moneypenny Receptionists within my team, whilst looking after my own portfolio of clients.
