The San Miguel Advisory Council is under the auspices of the San Luis Obispo Board of Supervisors.The purpose is to have a local agency that can listen to proposed projects, reports from law enforcement, neighboring military installation; Camp Roberts and the community. The Council then interacts with the Planning Dept., and the Board to keep them apprised of the community's concerns or approval. San Miguel is currently involved in looking at a Community Plan going to 2035. A sub committee of the Council is San Miguel Forward where I am a participant and chair the Safety Committee.

High Tech IV Home Care - Nursing connected with IV Pharmacy caring for patients whose disease status required central IV line care and infusions. Required critical thinking and excellence in clinical procedures. Instructed nurses and doctors in PICC line placement, chemotherapy and blood product administration.Left that field in 1998 when moved to Central Coast to grow wine grapes with my husband.
