Led 15 full time and 30 part time faculty members for 4 different undergraduate and 2 graduate programs with 400 undergraduate adn 200 graduate majors through accreditation, assessment, certification, enrollment growth and day to day university operations. Primary Author, AUPHA Self Study, for 2007 and the Primary Author for the self-study for the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education/American Association for Health Education (NCATE/AAHE) Specialty Association Coordinator, 2007-2010. Primary author, College of Health Professions (CHP) Diversity Plan and CHP Newsletter. Taught 4-5 fully online courses per year to support students and graduation goals with average student evaluation scores of 4.5 on a 5 point scale. Published 40 peer-reviewed articles and blogs and 2 textbooks between 2005 and 2010.

Provided effective leadership for HCMN Program, building infrastructure and curriculum capacity to submit program for AUPHA certification. Taught 6-7 courses per year with average undergraduate and graduate student evaluation ratings of 4.7 out of 5 point scale. In addition, I authored one (1) healthcare management textbook proposal, one (1) undergraduate healthcare textbook survey, obtained monetary support for three (3) research proposals, published eight (8) refereed publications, three (3) non-refereed articles, and authored or co-authored seventeen (18) presentations, a total of thirty-two (33) scholarly efforts over five years. Served on AUPHA Board of Directors, becoming Chair of BOD in 2007 after leading the committee for planning the 2007 AUPHA Annual Meeting. Reviewed 5 undergraduate programs, served on numerous committees, task forces.
