I worked as a property inspector for FEMA contracted through Vanguard Emergency Management. During this project, I was assigned to the Tampa, FL area to inspect home impacted by Hurricane Irma. I worked approximately 25 full home inspections including roof, basement and interior inspections. Recording each issue on a digital camera and FEMA proprietary system on a tablet. I scheduled all my own inspections, with a goal of inspections taking place within 48 hours of assignement. This was contract work.

I worked approximately 25 full home inspections including roof, basement and interior inspections. Recording each issue on a digital camera, in a computer format proprietary to State Farm, and on the Xactimate Software. I scheduled all my own inspections, with a goal of inspections taking place within 48 hours. I had the ability to write checks of upto $10,000 on site without supervisor approval. This was contract work.

I am the Membership Chair for Natchez Trace District. I work with my district on the Friends of Scouting campaign, both locally and on the Council level.
