My career began in customer service, where I learned that putting the customer first is key to achieving business success. This foundation, coupled with a strong focus on business process improvement, led me to move into ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and, eventually, Team Management. In each role, I’ve developed a deep commitment to enhancing operational processes, fostering team growth, and driving business results.Currently, as a Team Manager, I guide my team to meet productivity goals while providing coaching, skill development, and continuous feedback to help them reach their career aspirations. I am passionate about creating a collaborative environment where both the business and my team can thrive. By effectively managing change, promoting process improvement, and supporting my team’s professional growth, I aim to help everyone succeed.In addition to my day job, I also run my own creative business. I design and create custom stickers, stationery, and other products, which I sell through my Etsy shop. This side venture has been a wonderful creative outlet for me, allowing me to channel my passion for design while learning more about e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see my business grow, and it provides a perfect balance to my day-to-day work, giving me the freedom to express my creativity while continuing to develop new skills in marketing and customer engagement.
