• Coordinate and monitor appropriate utilization and documentation of services throughout the course of treatment for patients admitted to the inpatient and outpatient programs.• Coordinate authorizations with third-party payors

** Help managed the front office, and the overseeing of administrative functions for office.** Provide Clinical Support Services for Psychiatrists, Nurses, Psychologists, and Therapists.** Work effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing a stressful situation, as well as experiencing an exacerbation of wither psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms.** Responsible for obtaining vitals, pulse rate, weight, height, blood pressure for Monthly Billing reports. ** Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment independently.** Provide Supervision and Training to other Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists.** Administer Tuberculosis Skin Test (PPD Skin Test) and read results, and administer Injections, as well as scheduling appointments for testing.** Ability to assess, verify the different insurance companies, other than FL. MedicaidProcess claims; contact patient’s insurance company to obtain a Prior Authorization approved.** Overseeing/scheduling the psychiatrist’s and ARNP’s Evaluations, Follow-Up’s, and Residential client’s appointments. ** High understanding and patience levels that help to ease out the patient's worries and anxieties.** Demonstrate customer service in a healthcare environment by assisting Pt.’s in completing different consent forms, and other forms that may be deemed necessary, and or call other Physicians offices for varies records/tests results
