To de-commission 48 Bedded Residential Home (Woodgate) and Commission 101 beds in Barnes Lodge. To network in the local community, promoting the Charity and Barnes Lodge in order to recruit new staff at all levels.To coach and mentor existing staff and stabilise the home whilst a Registered Manager is sourced.To Market and promote the home within the local communities, promoting the Charity and its services within the CCG's, Local Authorities and Private Sector who may be looking for Residential Care placements for Older Adults living with Dementia and declining health, to be available from September 2016.To work in collaboration with Community Services such as District Nurses, Palliative Care Team, GP's Dieticians, Speech & Language in order to promote high quality care for our current residents who will transfer to our new facility in August 2016.
