Acted as consultant and lead developer for PEP+ ACH application. Led conversion of 8 banks onto the platform and subsequent collapse down to 3 banks, growing volume to 15th nationwide. Mentored/developed permanent technical resources. Managed releases, NACHA rules changes, developed industry leading client facing transaction inquiry capability, acted as technology liaison to major bank clients.

Sole application development resource responsible for installation and support of PEP+ ACH application. Responsibilities included: build of online and batch infrastructure, source code management via EPREP, conversion, interface development to downstream banking applications, CA7 and report archival systems. Developed setup standards and accounting plan; emphasis on client settlement and GL settlement.
