this is a National position where I worked with 12 Chapters in our District to help develop leadership training and cultural experiences as well as work on the National Initiative Philanthropy Project with the Chapter Presidents and VP's of Ticktockers.

Led the chapter Board in the practice of good governance and worked in partnership with the Board to ensure Chapter success in support of the mission of NCL, Inc.Attended all chapter leadership training sessions as well as assisted in the development of.Developed the yearly theme for the chapter: Confidence Conquers and carried out the mission of the theme throughout all programing during the year.Attended all committee meetings and planning sessions to maintain that our mission was always a part of all events. Including, Chapter Kickoff, Ticktocker Day, Philanthropy service, training, Mother Daughter Tea, End of Year Dinner and Awards, Senior Presentation.Maintained a positive relationship with our 24 Philanthropy Partners.Attended and lead workshops in District Training; National Convention Training.

Trained, equipped, and encouraged 250+ volunteers to lead (750+) preK-6th grade attendees. (Art, Bible Story, Snacks, Games, and Music.)Wrote or adapted curriculum for the VBS program.Assisted in the Friday evening (end of VBS week) musical production for the parents and friends of the VBS attendees.

Trained volunteers for Sunday and Wednesday preschool church activities.Wrote curriculum, prepared music and crafts. Helped develop special programs throughout the year.
