Management of the Group Recruitment Function for 9 locations globally including development of recruitment and social media strategy and management of the company careers portal to enhance candidate attraction as an employer of choice and drive efficiencies across the function.First line support for day to day HR issues across our global offices. - Managed the end to end recruitment cycle within eircoms award winning contact centre from advertising and screening through to interviews, induction and probation end- Conducted a comprehensive recruitment process review, developed job descriptions and role profiles for all staff and created an integrated recruitment process template. Worked with senior management to ensure full documentation within set timelines and implementation in performance reviews and recruitment campaigns- Maintained all departmental HR records inc absence, sick & payroll on internal SAP database- Provided front line HR support to all staff and supported new hires through induction and probation.

- Managed the full recruitment cycle for Brightwater sales staff from initial advertising, phone screening & assessment centres through to referencing and offer management- Designed and delivered a comprehensive induction training programme, ongoing sales training workshops & one to one coaching

- During my 6 years with the organisation I worked across and supported several areas of the business, initially as a highly successful recruiter and team manager, then moving into Learning & Development where I designed and delivered various training programmes. Working closely with senior management I also sourced & coordinated external training suppliers.

As senior recruiter I hired and managed a contracts desk of 70+ contract and temporary staff on behalf of blue chip organisations across the city. My responsibilities included managing junior recruiters, client presentations and candidate interviewing and referencing. I won various awards for outstanding achievement.

Produced and delivered safety training to flight crews. Invigilated and scored safety exams and ensured compliance with statutory regulations by conducting regular in flight line checks.
