I have experience in customer service and office administration; I am a Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) and a skilled multi-tasker. I currently work as a Customer Service Specialist at VetCor, a leading provider of veterinary services in the US. I manage the front desk operations there, handle client inquiries and requests, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain records. I also support the veterinarians and technicians with patient care and follow-up. I have a CPR and AED certification to assist in emergencies.

Previously, I worked as a Receptionist at South Orange Animal Hospital, where I performed similar duties and received positive feedback from clients and staff. I have a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Lincoln University and served as a Resident Assistant for a year. I am passionate about animal welfare, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
