In this role, I was in charge of managing a team of Technical Writers and the overall quality of documentation for all products, PowerPoint training guides and Interactive Training guides, Product Sheets, Release Notes (including Patch Release Notes), Marketing brochures, Press Releases and Website articles updates among others. Main aspects of my role:• Performed multiple drafting tasks such as writing and proofing and maintained various kinds of documentation for serving international customers. • Assisted with QA and Product Management related activities whenever required.• Developed detail-level work plans and schedules for delivery of product documentation.• Monitored progress of writers, conducted status meetings and addressed documentation problems or delays.• Provided day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to subordinate Technical Writers.• Carried out verification of all produced documentation and oversaw the accuracy of final product materials.• Monitored documentation projects and effectiveness of tools used and processes for delivering documentation.• Coordinated with different departments to achieve end results and identified gaps in information presented, and developed new documentation and distribution ideas and thought processes.• Improved quality consistently through discussions with other departments, own research and technical experts.• Assisted in preparation of documentation for product demos, workshops, product promotion activities from time to time.• Assisted with editing/proofing of the BASS Newsletter and Website articles. I was in charge of writing and maintaining the Entellium CRM application's Help Center comprising of Online Help files, Release Notes, Quick Guides and pop-up help for various portions of the application. I also helped develop a Jump Start program to assist new users in quickly familiarizing themselves with the application. Apart from that I was also tasked with answering questions that have been posted by customers in the company's F.A.Q. database regarding the applicationAccomplishments based on the introduction of my ideas:• Created and implemented Online Help Files (WebHelp and .CHM formats) instead of print versions.• Created Quick Start Guides to enable Users to quicken the onboarding process of Users.• Came up with an entire repository of Frequently Asked Questions.• Introduced a new Jump Start Program (a slide-based teaching tool for new users).• Introduced a new style of writing Product Release Notes.• Suggested and provided information for Bubble Up Help in various portions of the application to improve User-Experience

Wrote user manuals for the Digital Credit Management System (DCMS) created for the banking industry. Software system dealt with Housing Loans, Hire Purchase Applications etc. Wrote in depth user manuals for Maintenance, Security and Application modules for the said system for clients such as OCBC Bank Singapore, Bank Centra Asia Indonesia, Karsikon Bank Thailand and Ambank Malaysia. Also involved in various documentation such as Functional Specification Documentation, creating templates, creating demo kit for the FSD etcProject Involvement1. OCBC Singapore (CCWS)- Produced a complete set of end-user manuals for the OCBC CCWS project which also included writing documentation for the highly complex Credit Decision Engine and Workflow User Manuals. 2. Affin KL (CCMS)- Updated the current user manual and assisted with QA tasks for the system.3. AmBank Malaysia- Prepared the Housing Loan System Manual in a workflow format. 4. Digital Credit Management System - Was involved in editing the standard Functional Specification Documentation (FSD). Assisted with the modification of the Static Pages using HTML to resemble screens required by the Digital Credit Management System FSD.- Wrote the Application Installation Manual for the DCMS Product to be used by all future DCMS projects.5. Krung Thai Bank (Thailand)- Wrote the End-User Manual for KTB which includes Application Module, Security Module and Maintenance Module and Test Cases for Collateral, Reports and Letters.6. Bank Central Asia – (CCOS/BCOS)- Wrote the End-User Manual for BCA which includes Application Module, Security Module and Maintenance Module.
