Lead our field team of Performance Vice Presidents to provide business consulting and brand support to our license partners and their shops. Oversee the training and onboarding of new license partners and their support staff to ensure a smooth transition to the brand and its integrated product suite of tools and resources.

In this role, I collaborate with our America's HQ teams and work with our network of License Partners to achieve our collective growth targets. I craft and deliver a world class License Partner Training program for our franchisees and their management. Training, enhancing and implementing our expansion, retention and attraction value proposition across the network of franchisees is a key priority, along with championing unified growth strategies for underperforming License Partners.

I have the pleasure of assisting our License Partners and Real Estate Advisors to understand, embrace and actively utilize the Engel & Völkers tools, systems and brand advantages to the fullest. In this role, I guide the programs that help our Advisors and Partners to be successful real estate professionals and lead a talented group of trainers and coaches who deliver the very best educational programs available in the industry.

Building strong cross-department relationships, I was able to drive brand and Cendant initiatives into the System’s top markets with the best record of all the regions. Directed national corporate marketing promotions that raised more than $5 million annually for Easter Seals, the nation’s 13th largest charitable organization. Managed all aspects of national account relationships, including building and maintaining partnerships, operational and marketing budgets, public relations, and communication. Key accounts included Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, Friendly's Ice Cream, Rotary International, and the National Snowmobile Association.

Lead a staff of six development, communication and marketing professionals with an annual operating budget of $1.2 million. Designed and implemented fund raising, public relations and marketing programs in New Hampshire and Vermont. Raised over $3.5 million annually through the coordination of 450 volunteers, special events, grant writing, cause-related marketing programs, and direct mail campaigns. In an earlier role, I directed vocational, educational and training services with a budget of $1 million. Managed thirty employees, including professional staff and master’s level clinicians, along with the operations of two facilities and multiple statewide projects.
