Liaising with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Projects & Finance to deliver commercial solutions that match International policy. -Work closely with Visual team at Marks & Spencer UK & International to achieve global standards.-Responsible for New store opening & Visual display along with core team, opening 10 stores in 12 months. -Store layout & planning based on seasonal guidelines.-Heading team of 70+ visual merchandisers , across 49 stores in India. Managing & training team to match global standards.-While in Visual Merchandising, I have gained expertise in store opening processes and designing of various in-store elements for seasonal events.-Proficient at providing value added customer service by resolving customer issues & ensuring their satisfaction with product and service norms.

Design consultancy:-specializing in trend & styling direction for E-commerce.-Consulting with the design & buying department of Shoppers Stop E- Commerce, providing trend & design direction towards the online website. -Conceptualizing & developing Key Home pages along with Buying Guides and Style Guides along with the team, which enhances user experience, is my ongoing contribution.
