I started in a Customer Service position, moving into a second level support position in Customer Service supporting a team of investor consultants and working closely with 3rd level support. I held a Service Executive, VP, position for several of our large clients and in 2005 I moved to Product Management as a Product Manager with expertise in Cash Processing. I ensure through contact and feedback from our clients that the products I am responsible for are providing the functionality required in today's industry. I am responsible for Cash within MSP as well as a disbursement fullfillment application called iDisburse.

Miami Lakes, Florida

I was responsible for managing a team of investor accountants and overseeing all investor reporting for FNMA, GNMA, FHLMC and private mortgages. My team and I were also resonsible for bank reconciliation.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

I was responsible for Cash processing and all Investor Reporting. I assisted in bringing our Lockbox functionality inhouse as well as providing guidance and system training to all areas of functionality within mortgage servicing. My team and I were responsible for all servicing bank reconciliations.
