Although it is important for adults to know how to deal with the aftermath of child sexual abuse, knowing how to deal with abuse after the fact will never prevent abuse from happening and because there is no cure for child molesters, prevention is the only cure. Through research and development efforts over the past 10 years, we have developed new information about child molesters and how they gain access to our children and work their way into the fabric of our lives. This new information helps us recognize potentially risky behavior in adults who are spending time with our children and teaches us how to interrupt the cycle of abuse before a child is molested.Through Arpeggias, we create, develop, market and deliver programs that teach adults how to recognize and intervene when an adult in the environment is exhibiting potentially risky adult behavior. Being able to recognize risky behavior and stop the interaction, will prevent the sexual abuse of children.

Leading 10 session seminars that build on the new possibilities that get create in the Landmark Forum. This is a professional position but there is no salary attached.

This part time job is primarily for the purpose of re-imagining the Foundation to promote growth of the Foundation. The mission of the organization is to eduate the community about hospice care, to try to fill small end of life requests of patients and families and primarily to raise funds to help cover the costs of providing hospice care to people without resources.

Responsible for financial management, securing funding, contracting, fundraising activities, and legislative advocacy. Served on program development teams. Took the agency into the technology world. Increased the budget for the organization from $185,000 to over $750,000 in five years. Conducted a successful capitol campaign to raise funds to purchase and renovate a permanent home for the facility. Worked as an activist for youth services to impact and alter legislation to protect children at risk of harm and the funding structure for services to runaway, homeless, abused and neglected children.

Responsible for developing a complete hospice program including designing all component parts of a comprehensive hospice program, securing and contracting for required ancillary services, development of program services manuals and implementation of all internal structures for Medicare certification. Achieved full hospice Medicare certification within months.
