 Managed a team of 12 project managers that supported clients through complex, technical product implementations. The solution was a highly configurable application involving B2B and B2C dollar transactions via: Web, IVR, Mobile, and Point of Sale. Solution may include: API processing and certificate exchanges. Ongoing collaboration with the product delivery team to provide client requested enhancements; continuous monitoring of the design and solution to ensure it aligns to client expectations; coordinate the release with JPMC tech and client teams. Improved cycle times by 4 weeks with an innovative approach to the client kick off and requirements sessions, by applying an Agile approach which brought a draft build to the client weeks earlier in the project life cycle.  Successfully partnered with sales, compliance and product teams to improve the client implementation experience by eliminating unnecessary processes and irrelevant documentation; reducing the sales cycle by 2-3 weeks.

Managed large, transformational programs:Program Objective: Migrate 25k clients from one core platform to another Hired and trained a high-performance team, enabling the program to ultimately execute large migration events simultaneously. Lead the program which involved the design of the conversion infrastructure and processes that would support a large number of clients to migrate with each event. Effectively partnered and collaborated across technology, product and performance management teams to execute successful migrations.Project Objective: Reduce Web-Rendering Global Response Time. Implement performance response time improvements (application page load times) while minimizing risk to the production environment. Main challenge of the program was to implement widespread change in an accelerated timeframe. Successfully leveraged and managed a 3rd party vendor to analyze and implement performance improvements and decreased latency by 25%.Project Objective: WaMu Conversion. Lead the Washington Mutual Conversion for the Global Client Access technology team. The program covered 3 large events that overlapped and the entire program was completed within an unprecedented 12 month period and was flawless. Noted as one of the smoothest conversions the JPMorgan enterprise had ever accomplished.Program Objective: Retire 10 applications, to obtain a reduction of 18 million in annual expenses. Multi-year program that first involved extensive analysis to accurately identify functionality gaps between legacy and target applications. Worked with stakeholders to build a road map that effectively prioritized and implemented solutions to the gaps and coordinate the actual application decommissioning to realize the expected expense reductions.

Bank One Credit Exposure Decommission. Successfully managed the on-time decommissioning of 3 Risk applications: Credit One, Electronic Credit file, VLS. Wachovia Securities NYSE Rule 132 Order Tracking System Compliance: Lead a team of 5 developers & 3 business analysts to build a repository and application for the creation of the NYSE order flow extract. Attained results by working with all levels of the organization: business, compliance and technology, across multiple locations.

Project Objective: Bank One: Reduce number of days to create monthly P&L report from 45 to 5 days. Created workflows and documented procedures to support the restructuring of the Asset Backed Finance accounting practices.

Project Objective: Wachovia: Manage a credit card conversion. Facilitated: Gap analysis & resolution; Unit and user acceptance testing of 8 interfaces; Installation of 2 ancillary applications: Check Imaging/Bank One Card Processing; Training of 4 departments (40 resources) on the new applications and procedures.Project Objective: EURO Conversion. Effectively worked with both IT and business areas in determining 55 EMU impacted systems and applications. Provided weekly status reports, scheduled training for IT and business personnel, coordinated and monitored Euro testing for all 55 vendor applications.Project Objective: BETA Implementation (First Union, Wheat First, SG Cohen) Facilitated the transformation of very large organizations to go from a correspondent clearing organization to become self clearing. Tasked with ensuring all parties were ‘ready’ for the event, inclusive of system functionality, migration tools, relationship teams, client training, etc. Managed the coordination of 4 mock conversion weekends and the final conversion weekend with all IT, business and support personnel. Coordination involved multiple locations and 200+ resources.
