Implement performance response time improvements (application page load times) while minimizing risk to the production environment. Main challenge of the program was to implement widespread change in an accelerated timeframe. Successfully leveraged and managed a 3rd party vendor to analyze and implement performance improvements and decreased latency by 25%.Project Objective: WaMu Conversion. Lead the Washington Mutual Conversion for the Global Client Access technology team. The program covered 3 large events that overlapped and the entire program was completed within an unprecedented 12 month period and was flawless. Noted as one of the smoothest conversions the JPMorgan enterprise had ever accomplished.Program Objective: Retire 10 applications, to obtain a reduction of 18 million in annual expenses. Multi-year program that first involved extensive analysis to accurately identify functionality gaps between legacy and target applications. Worked with stakeholders to build a road map that effectively prioritized and implemented solutions to the gaps and coordinate the actual application decommissioning to realize the expected expense reductions.
