Employees are the greatest asset of any company. As a business partner, it's my responsibilities to work with management to support the success of the Company by getting the right people in the right roles. I development, implement and maintain programs that align with the strategic plan of the company and support the employees throughout their tenure.

I am responsible for the Human Resources function for my company. My focus is on organizational development and aligning employee goals with the company's strategic vision. I look for benefits and programs that provide the best long-term return on investment for both the company and our employees. I manage projects as needed to ensure continuous improvement within the company.

After staying home with my kids for a few years, I chose to enter back into the workforce by joining CB Manufacturing's Accounting department, where I performed a variety of tasks including Credit and Collections. I moved into a Recruiting and Training role after 2 years, where I focused on building a pipeline of talent to move our company forward.

Acted as facility Human Resource Administrator on a temporary basis. I was responsible for all Human Resources programs for the Birmingham facility, including recruiting, benefits and compensation administration and employee relations counseling.

Managed the Company's Salary Plan, the Education Financial Assistance Program, Wellness Program, and assisted with Training Administration. Developed and maintained company policies and procedures. Provided data and analysis to departments as needed. Acted as a H.R. Generalist in our Blue Ash, OH field office, providing recruiting, benefits administration and employee relations counseling services.
