Liaison with site managers on a daily basis to maintain and update records in order to comply with office procedures and Health & Safety regulations. - Completion of Pre- Qualification questionnaires for Tender’s. - Assisting in preparation of marketing & tender information- Manage tendering system, keeping it up to date with current and any relevant information. - Uploading all tender documents onto our system and printing of same for all teams involved- Administration for H & S Audits such as Safe T Cert and ISO and I oversee the Audits with our H & S manager both on site and in the office.- Update Constructionline and Builders profile, coordination & preparation for ISO audits, Chas UK.- Front desk management - first point of contact for a large company that operates in the Ireland, UK and Europe.
