CurrentManages WalkMe's customer facing onboarding and ongoing delivery resources in EMEA. Focused on retention and growth of ARR. Develops and maintains strategies to succeed cross functionally and globally in a “one team” approach.- Managing a team of Professional Services Consultant, owning the project management and implementation of the complete WalkMe product offering post sale- Managing resources across different regions in order to accommodate customer needs- Measuring and maintaining the team’s quarterly objectives and KPIs- Forecasting EMEA’s capacity and expected revenue quarter over quarter- Mentoring team members in order to widen their skillset and positively impact the organization- Cross functionally maintaining relationships, processes, and building new methodologies in order to improve internal efficiency and the customer experience. - Working with the global team to implement cross regional processes
