● Processing weekly and semi-monthly payroll, including but not limited to verification of hours, reconciliation of payroll reports, remittance of federal and state taxes, filing of quarterly reports, and printing W-2s.● Recording any journal entries needed after payroll has been processed.● Data entry, consisting of journal entries and budget amendments, researching account codes and amounts if not in balance.● Auditing daily cash deposits, identifying and correcting any errors before posting to general ledger.● Assisting in year-end close and annual financial statement preparation by processing all year end payroll accruals, updating schedules, and reviewing statements against the general ledger for accuracy.
