Reporting to the EVP and Chief Financial Officer, manage and oversee strategy and operations for all Supply Chain Management. Responsible for alignment with clinical governance structure and management action plans. Lead a staff of 130 FTE through six direct reports.• Executive Sponsor for roll-out of Finance/Supply Chain Management PeopleSoft implementation.• Created governance structure in conjunction with Finance, HCM and I/T to ensure on-going standardization and management of PeopleSoft system.• Achieved $80M in SCM cost savings over 4 year period.• Designed and implemented Centralized Supply Chain Management model to support all HHC business entities. • Completed LeadQuest Executive leadership behavior training, and currently teach the program throughout the system.• Partner with system Chief Medical Officer and physician/clinical councils to align Supply Chain Management with clinical strategies and initiatives.• Participated in the design and roll out of HHC System Support office in an effort to improve processes through the development of new structure and policies and procedures.• Support HHC Contract Management to insure suppliers continue to meet improvement initiatives, with emphasis on cost reduction, quality and inventory management.• Support due diligence and integration for new business entities/partners into HHC.• Partnering with Clinical Management and Revenue Cycle Management to implement EPIC and ensure alignment of single item file.

• Responsible for all Purchasing, Distribution, Courier and mail room activities in addition to Materials Management integration with Hartford Hospital.• Member of Design/Implementation and Transition Team to build MidState Medical Center; was involved in all activities necessary to move Materials Management functions. • Standardized contracts and coordinated services with Hartford Hospital; average annual savings of $500,000. • Implemented PYXIS interfaces, allowing for a fully automated system; developed a process to capture lost PYXIS charges and identified potential revenue impact of $260,000.• Created and managed a Stock less Inventory Program.
