I have been involved with employee relations, human resources and industrial relations for over sixteen (16) years within a diverse range of experience spreading across government, not for profit and private sectors within multi-national and international focused businesses. Throughout my professional career I have maintained a very high level of understanding of current People and Culture practices and have had exposure to various types of employment such as corporate professionals, executives, labourers and qualified technicians.
