As a Production Manager, I was responsible for many aspects of all the productions. I was on the front end meeting with vendors, booking event spaces, hiring support staff needed per event, and coordinating with all the staff throughout the event. Upon being given a budget, I managed the ordering of supplies, from props to sets to costumes and costume pieces. I ensured all costumes and prop pieces were made and ready for production and rehearsals. I scheduled the appointments with the talent and designers for fittings. I created and maintained a log of all costumes, props, and set pieces to track what we had, what size it was, where it was, and what condition it was in.I organized and logged costumes for efficient fittings, noting changes needed for the next production. I disassembled and cleaned every costume after production and then reassembled and altered anything necessary for the next. I set up spaces ahead of time according to what was needed for the day. I was responsible for ensuring everything needed for a production was loaded and transported to and from each venue.I managed volunteers of up to 70 people for productions.
