Worked as link between physical health (COPD) and mental health as part of CHOICE study (University of Manchester/MMHSCT). Delivered brief psychosocial interventions for people in primary care setting who had COPD as well as anxiety and/or depression. The research study was interested in identifying whether providing interventions around anxiety and depression would reduce emergency admissions to A&E
