The Academy is a £0.5M business, based at Cranfield producing technical peer reviewed conferences, courses and seminars on engineering subjects internationally and providing engineering training in the UK and Middle East. Three direct reports and a member of the Group Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for marketing.

To develop pro-active internal and external communication and employee engagement strategy for Buckinghamshire County Councils’ Transformation Change Programme to support the Board of Directors and Heads of Service Areas as required with reputation management and culture change to a diverse group of stakeholders including the political group and partners.Achievements• Editor of Council on-line and off line staff and residents publications, Messenger and Roundabout.• Preparation and communication of monthly Member and Senior Management Briefing Materials.• Updating ‘transformation programme’ website for staff on the eight streams of the programme.• Assisting Board Members with messaging for staff and press.
