Responsible for overall loan operations management and oversight of the mortgage support staff. This includes the document preparation, processing and closing. Design and administer systems and procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing. Responsible for the Quality Control and the communication with Senior management as to the findings.Our collective goal was to provide exceptional personal attention and expertise to ensure a quick and smooth mortgage process. Obtaining mortgage financing in today’s environment can be a daunting and confusing experience. I take pride in treating and caring for each client as if this is their first mortgage and one of the most important financial decision that consumers will make. I have successfully been an integral part of two mergers within 10 months while working with many different levels of management.

Responsible for providing all HR services to start-up clients that resulted from entrepreneurial parent company -Lightbank, which included: Groupon, Inc., Echo Global logistics and Poggled to name a few. This included but was not limited to: employee development, growth and career path opportunities, initiate benefit program, recruit and payroll.
