Disruptive Behavior: If a leader is acting off-purpose, causing others to leave, I work one-on-one with the individual to bring awareness and corrective actions. Succession Planning: When a manager or executive desires to grow in their effectiveness skills for succession, we coach to the role they are rising to. When an organization wants to identify rising leaders as part of their succession planning, we identify, coach and mentor the rising leader. Facilitations: When planning any corporate or SLT gathering or annual Strategic Planning Session, we create an atmosphere of trust and openness so that genuine consensus can be reached to achieve company goals.I use a ‘strengths-based’ approach and uncover underlying internal road blocks.
