Prior to Newmark, I volunteered with my children's schools, mostly fundraising and event planning for 20 years. This experience offered me the opportunity to engage with our community, develop leadership skills, teamwork, event planning, and many other strengths that provided me with a smooth transition back into the work place. Having been exposed for over a decade in my marriage to the private lending side of commercial real estate, it was a natural fit for me to take on a supportive role within an established team in CRE. Overseeing day to day operations, developing and implementing procedures to effectively manage tasks for the brokerage team, highly organized and assuring compliance and confidentiality with all transactions. Independent leader able to delegate responsibilities and problem solve to ensure timely task completion. My exceptional communication skills have allowed me to negotiate significant cost savings with vendors for various events and office needs, while also providing a welcoming environment for clients. Keenly adept at developing interoffice, as well as client professional relationships to provide the best experience for clients and coworkers.
