ArtWorks is my painting studio and office space in east Dallas. I share the space with several other working artists and architects. My paintings are currently hanging at the Dutch Art Gallery in Dallas. I am working on a beautiful home in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas, and enjoyed specifying this client's home in Nantucket recently....Still bringing order out of chaos.

Traveled to Greenwood manufacturing facilities of John Richards as product consultant for upholstery.Attended fabric markets in Italy, Germany, and NC to specify fabrics for company's use on high end carved chairs. Purchased specialized fabrics and leathers for company to import. Advised and assisted with showroom set up for High Point, NC, showroom.

Added fashion forward sku's to upholstery and leather product. Upgraded fabric, leather, and trim, and special order option offerings. Worked with production to adjust to new style and option requirements. Worked with software engineer to get new code into system for all new options for production tags. Developed field book for sales reps' use at market for new products. Trained reps for new product twice yearly. Developed new business with online and catalogue companies requiring new sku's and new order entry, production and shipping procedures. Designed and set-up showroom with new product offerings for two markets each year in High Point, NC.

Responsible for sales and account development for five divisions (Sherrill Furniture, CTH Sherrill Occasional, Motioncraft, Precedent, Theodore Alexander) of company's products to retail furniture stores and interior designers. Included training sales staffs, monitoring rates of sales, inventories, advertising opportunities, national market attendance in High Point, NC., customer service. Required weekly travel throughout entire state of Texas. Territory consistently ranked number one or two in the Sherrill organization for total sales.
