Lead Volunteer for the annual Vacation Bible School program. Annually, developed a crafts projects program for attendees (some years, in excess of 400 children). Managed the volunteer base for this program.

Working closely with the the sales department to improve customer relations through contract compliance, Developed an effective Export Administration process, to ensure adherence to U.S. export administration regulations.

Coordinated a problem-solving team for the creation and negotiation of several multi-million dollar military contracts. Conducted research for proposal preparation and ultimate contract negotiation, while planning, scheduling and tracking the proposal preparation process and resulting contract award.

Administered $15M in sales for ten military and commercial customers. Daily management of schedule tracking, price and delivery, proposal preparation and terms and conditions review, whil maintaining superior customer service during a difficult period in the aerospace industry.Coordinated internal communication reviews in preparation for proposal negotiations. Improved customer relations with several large aircraft manufacturers resulting in sales that would have been ultimately lost to the competition.

Prepared proposals and negotiated the subsequent award for more than $20M in sales.
