Once passed inside test panel, coordinated groups for outside taste tests to determine consumer response to new and improved products. Managed a consumer panel, finding replacements as needed. Worked closely with Marketing Mgr on updates made to ingredients, labels and packaging. Attended trade shows and worked as support for the planning and set up of booth at trade shows.
