● Develop, plan, implement and evaluate leisure and wellness programs for residents with emphasis on physical, mental and social stimulation.● Work with residents, families, carers and health professionals to develop individualized plans.● Coordinate, plan and organize social events, festivals, outings and trips.● Monitor the effectiveness of programs by collecting and analysing data to ensure residents’ engagement and satisfaction.● Work with volunteer organizations to provide joint programs and activities.● Participating in staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education to stay current with developments in the field and enhance skills and knowledge.● Develop and implement cultural competency training for staff to promote diversity and inclusion in activity programs.● Act as an advocate for residents and ensure their needs and preferences are respected in accommodated in programs.● Manage budgets and make recommendations for purchases of supplies and equipment.● Create and distribute promotional materials such as newsletters and flyers to promote programs to residents and families.● Assist residents with mobility and transfers as needed to ensure their safety and comfort during activities.● Maintain detailed records of all activities and complete regular reports on resident engagement.● Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.

• Monitor testing rooms and ensure that all students are following testing procedures and guidelines.• Check identification and admission tickets for students and verify that they are in the correct testing room.• Assist with setting up testing materials and distributing exam booklets and answer sheets.• Provide assistance to students with disabilities or special needs during testing.• Report any incidents or irregularities during testing to the Testing Center Supervisor.• Maintain a calm and organized testing environment and ensure that all students are treated fairly and with respect.• Ensure that all testing materials are collected and secured after testing has ended.

● Providing Personalized Support to individual students on the autistic spectrum.● Tailoring Curriculum to cater to their specific needs and abilities● Implementing inclusive practices to ensure equal opportunities for all students.● Regular communication with parents to provide updates on their child’s progress within the classroom.● Supervision of the “Tiger Team” club, held before school, aimed at improving the hand-eye coordination skills of children with dyspraxia, and enhancing their motor movements through repetitive circuit exercises. ● Participation in a Wave 3 Intervention Project designed to facilitate the development of literacy skills in children from foundation level to Key Stage 1.

● Providing aid to individuals residing in a collegiate environment for young persons with physical and mental learning disabilities.● Assisting in daily personal care duties.● Fostering life skills development to promote self-sufficiency amongst residents.● Use of various forms of non-verbal communication skills including P.E, CS, Makaton and British Sign Language.
