While working as a customer service supervisor I managed and supported the customer service also welcomed guests. Supported the manager and accountant with stock taking and budget review. I allocated duties to the waiters and waitress in line of duties and helped them with other duties. Supermarket attendant and a cashier i was well versed with the customers needs i would direct and welcome them to the organization and if they had complains i would consult with them and know what their preference where and if i wasn't capable of meeting their needs i would take the complaint to my superiors. I would also balance the spread sheet and balance registers and receipts and and maintain full stock items and also stock shelves with merchandise and be in charge of checking promotions and expiries. While at the electoral post i dealt with people of all age groups and that gave me experience in dealing with each persons and at that i would ensure that good conduct of elections as in the polling stations and also helped in a great way in the smooth running of duties of the returning officers also it made it easier to maintain records of all materials received, distributed and retrieved as directed by the supervisor. Last but not least while still running my family business as the manager i learnt to support the existing customers queries with concerns and recommendations and also support my family day to day business that made me well conversant with the challenges that come with planning and leadership roles of which i am still learning.
