Provides technical and clerical support to the College Librarian and is responsible for fiscal management, building operations and maintenance, staff schedules, supplies, inventory control, student employees, special events, and library administrative support.

Provided instrumental music for the worship services at St. Paul's, including organ, piano and special music. Responsible for directing and rehearsing the choir, selecting music, scheduling, and recruiting and hiring paid section leaders. Planned and played music at every 10:30 Sunday service, Christmas Eve Midnight Mass, the Great Vigil of Easter, the 8 am Easter service and for additional services as requested (incl. funerals, weddings). Managed music budget, communicated with staff and served on the worship committee. Arranged for music events in the church, communicated and rehearsed with other musicians. Taught new music to the congregation.
