I work under the UCSC Admissions Office to operate frontline admissions processes which includes:- processing transcripts, exam scores, and other forms of official academic records from other institutions - Advise prospective students on academic programs, admissions requirements and applicationprocesses- Addressing and resolving technical difficulties and applicant complications to improve the experience of both applicants as well as current students- respond to admissions inquiries officially on behalf of the UCSC Admissions Office

I assisted the Baskins Engineering Instructional Support Department in educational accessibility ensuring compliance with Section II of ADA regulations. This included assisting in the:- scheduling, coordination, and handling of accommodated exams entrusted to the department by Engineering faculty. - Distribution and coordination of department mail services - Maintenance of supplies and machinery used by faculty and department staff - Official communication on behalf of the Instructional Support Office to internal and external inquiries

In addition to working as an Instructional Support Assistant, I also worked as an official exam proctor for accommodated exams on behalf of the Engineering Department. As a proctor I followed strict compliance with the university's Disability Resource Center (DRC) exam regulations, merging those with faculty instructions.

People's eXperience Technology (PXT) Team - Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L)I provided analysis and developed solutions to monitor and identify employee productivity and engagement in Amazon warehouses:- Integrated internal tools to create a new metric system to determine the quality of engagements- Created standard work guidelines to facilitate increased and consistent use of HR tools- Utilized both qualitative and quantitative data taken from warehouse research to generate a report on current engagements statistics, in addition to supporting future pilots.

Acted as a unique dual role of both recruiter and HR Onboarding Coordinator, taking applicants from start to finish (application --> onboarding). - Managed hiring processes for several teams, including recruiting and on-boarding for hired applicants- Created detailed, dynamic job descriptions for posting to job boards (linkedin, Handshake, Indeed)- Coordinated interviews for candidates with hiring managers and interviewers- Streamlined hiring and onboarding processes resulting in higher retention rates of interested applicants

Summer Long internship with the Los Angeles Superior Courts to look into the county's court proceedings and legal cases.
