CurrentSharon Loeff, President of a New Hampshire based consulting firm, Shopworks, Inc. has been involved in the shopping center industry for over thirty five years. Ms. Loeff entered the industry as a merchant at Faneuil Hall, Boston, MA. Prior to her start in the mall industry she was a visual merchandiser for Department Stores in St. Louis, Missouri. She has owned and operated pushcarts, served as both Retail Development Director, Leasing agent and Regional Specialty Leasing Manager for Equity Properties and Development Company in the 1980's. In 1992 Ms. Loeff founded Shopworks, Inc. Shopworks, is an industrial design and retail consultancy. Clients of Shopworks have included fixture manufacturers, retailers, airport authorities and shopping center developers, both nationally and internationally. Ms. Loeff has designed and sold in excess of one hundred and fifty million dollars in retail fixtures through her manufacturing partnerships. Shopworks has assisted companies such as Avon, Pokemon, and Tupperware to successfully market their products nationally through specialty retail distribution.
