Responsible for all aspects of the payroll processing including, but not limited to; accurate timely processing of payroll, maintenance of accurate payroll databases, resolution of pay related issues, payroll reporting,adherence to proper policies and controls.Enter, and process payroll data on a bi-weekly basis, reconcile and maintain payroll records in the system, review computed wages and correct errors to ensure payroll accuracy, record and update employee specific changes for exemptions, garnishments, insurance coverage, maintain employee listing and prepare employee specific reports for compensation, taxes, deductions by cost-center, maintain records of paid leave and non-taxable wages. Knowledge off Wage and Hour Laws (Federal and State).
