One SQL DB in the background with multiple interfaces for users with permissions on all levels.• Key point contact between system developer and company, actively contribute to design and test updates for new functionality and security pre deployment and ongoing database administration. • Explore ways to innovate and automate processes on the team resulting in improved time management and efficiencies.• Co-ordinate training for user’s in multi worldwide locations.• CRM - Working closely with hiring manager to source an effective solution for the recruitment end to end process. Identify workflow processes and tailor system to match these.• Company Project and Financial Management system – COMS – testing development and workflows of the system and ensuring it is user friendly. Interact with the in house development team to ensure all leave entitlements are accurate and available to the employee for request.• Developing Crystal Reports from an SQL database for producing HR Statistics monthly.• Planning and management of my time to work in a complex, changing environment in order to meet set objectives and deadlines.
