About Sharon M. Garrison

I am entrepreneurial and proactive and I thrive in a less traditional environment. I am self-led and comfortable with ambiguity, capable of working independently, and highly motivated by the transformative potential of people. In fact, I am in my best element when I have the opportunity to engage and connect with people. I am motivated and deeply passionate about developing people. In the learning, development, and performance consulting space it is my goal to help organizations invest in, support, strengthen, and develop their most important and valued asset; their Human Capital (Incumbent). In this capacity, I incorporate strategic and tactical management of the developmental needs of the organization by conducting needs assessments and analysis, it enables the design, development, delivery, and implementation of asynchronous and synchronous learning, development, and performance improvement education. As a “Human Capital Champion”, it is my sole mission to help organizations “build up” their People investment by helping the incumbent tap into and engage their full potential to better align with the overall goals and mission of the organization. My coaching and engagement model uses an individual prescriptive based approach derived from one-on-one consulting to assess the developmental needs of the Human Capital. I have tenured experience with conducting root cause analysis, assessing, designing, implementing and delivering engaging, fun, interactive and experiential soft-skills training. This includes large event facilitation of new hire/on-boarding, new manager/leader, continuing education and group dynamics training programs. My flexible interpersonal style enables me to be highly effective when communicating and building relationships with key stakeholders, such as executive leadership, senior management, project sponsors, and subject matter experts, and administrative personnel.
