Responsibilities:● Compliance of Credit Procedures.● Embark on physical visitation to potential borrowers’ business places for evaluation of business books, taking inventory and turnover into consideration.● Ensure that all verifications are completed thoroughly, according to the standard operating procedures and within the specified timelines.● Attending to customer enquiries. Providing high-level customer service. Customer Retention by building strong relationships to retain and satisfy customers. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback. Escalate Customer Issues and listen and solve the issues where possible. Responsible for updating customer records. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions. Responsible to cross-sell other bank products as opportunities arise. Physical visitation of locations to verify residential or business address information provided.● Physical visitation of other parties such as the loan guarantors, employee references and so on to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and can easily be located if necessary.● Prepare comprehensive and accurate reports on daily verification activities.● Perform all other functions as may be assigned by a supervisor.

Responsibilities:● Assist clients in the opening of accounts and the execution of the other services including direct deposits, card requests and statements queries as well as re-activation of dormant accounts.● To explain to walk in customers the benefits of the different services and products that the bank offers.● Liaison with Management including Head Office for customer satisfaction.● Tracking complaints and suggestions, gathering feedback and giving advice for improvement.● Effective office assistance to internal and external customers at the front office.● Cross- sell and sensitize customers on new and existing Bank’s products and services● Prepare target audience/ lead lists, plan sales and marketing activities in order to createand establish Business Networks.● Implement and fill in accurate sales activities reports.● Conducting daily sales calls from prioritized lead lists with the objective of acquiring new customers and selling bank products through scheduling company visits and customer meetings.● Receive, verify and certify against originals of account opening documents and forms from customers complying with KYC/ AML requirements.● Take primary responsibility for managing and minimizing the inherent and potential risks.● Portfolio At Risk (PAR) management
