Conduct orientation sessions to introduce employers/job seekers to Career Link system. Meet with employers, industrial, civic, and private organizations. Conduct job search workshops, teach interviewing techniques and resume writing. Answer employers questions. Develop relationships with the local, county and state economic development authorities. Develop plans for mass recruitment/work force recruitment. Assist clients in developing resumes and applications and in using the computer. Interview job seekers to assess employment history, training, education, and career goals to develop an employability plan and inform on labor market and trends. Determine/clarify job seekers interests, abilities, skills, and/or needs for continued counseling, education, and training. Provide job placement assistance. Currently PREP and Ex-Offender Workshop Coordinator. BREP surveys for the Chester County Economic Develvopment. Employment Interviewer, Employment Security Program Rep, UC Claims Examiner

Review findings of fact from both Employer statements and Claimant statements and determine by application of law as to eligiblity for unemployment benefits.
