Key member of team for Cerner PowerChart electronic health record conversions and or implementations for ancillary departments within Dignity Health hospitals and clinics. Collaborated with clinical informatics teams to ensure successful implementations. Assisted providers and other clinicians with understanding value of implementation to assist with adoption of EHR.

Contractor for Dignity Health; traveled across 2-state area to implement Cerner PowerChart – served as an Implementation Analyst for 12 ancillary departments within each of 4 hospitals (two separate projects). Assisted with current state capture and provided ‘go-live’ support at 3 additional hospitals.

Assist nursing and ancillary areas in the CHS organization with implementation of online documentation using HMS. Provide gap analysis, design, build and training to staff at each facility to ensure successful implementation as well as attestation for Meaningful Use.

During this time at IUH, I worked in Information Services; first on the Orders Team and then on the Implementation Team where I assisted ancillary departments with transitioning clinical documentation from paper to online in Cerner.
