I joined the CEDER'S team at point of launch in the UK, working within a small team taking the brand from a start up in the UK to having distribution in 21 global markets including Hong Kong, USA and Australia. In this time I primarily managed operations, supply chain and production but was also involved in product development, quality control and demand planning.
