As the owner of Ole & Lena's I handle all aspects of the business from creation of all craft items to advertising, sales, and bookkeeping. We encourage people to use their imagination to create works of art from ceramics and items that can be "recycled" into useful & decorative works of art.

To promote ceramics and share knowledge, skills, and interest with people of Wisconsin. I try to interact with people in the industry in this state and encourage people to try new techniques, share their skills with those wanting to learn and give awareness to the ceramic industry.

Tropical Traditions is an online company that deals with all types of organic products and sells to customers all over the United States. It is my job to coordinate orders from customers to the organic farmers in my area, print out invoices and make shipping labels, all in a timely manner as many items are perishable. I am also responsible for inventory control on all supplies needed to fill and ship orders, create sales specials, make sure proper procedures are followed according to company standards and keep the line of communication open between the farmers & Tropical Traditions.
