Sharon is a certified-professional business coach and facilitator, with 20 years of accounting and finance experience and over a decade of strategic planning and organizational development facilitation. Sharon has acted as a trusted advisor to middle-market clients composed of business owners, executives and directors in a broad array of industries facilitating next-level growth and exit strategies. She applies her in-depth knowledge of management, accounting, and business principles to assess an organization’s proficiency and advise on diverse personnel, financial, and operational issues. She has thousands of hours of practical business coaching experience guiding CEOs and managers to develop strategies that will achieve their professional and personal goals. Prior to business coaching, Sharon built a boutique accounting practice in New York City and has worked with publicly held and private companies, including franchisees, and businesses in turnaround, restructuring and Chapter 11. She has held the titles of Interim CFO and Director of Accounts, and has successfully negotiated tax liabilities at both the State and Federal level. Sharon received her professional business coaching certification through the Triadic coaching system training that meets ICF and ACC criteria, and certified professional facilitator with TAB Boards Int’l.
