Track NN's aim is to support people with Autism to access employment, through training consultancy and creating opportunities. Research shows as few as 16% of adults with autism find themselves in full time employment, this is something which cannot continue. As Manager of Café Track, I support people with Autism to gain a range of workplace skills, through working in a real-life business. I also assist with the other services Track NN offer.

• Organising timetabling and cover across the school.• Providing support to subject teachers in lessons.• Liaising with transport and taxi providers to ensure smooth transitions for all pupils.

• 1:1 and whole class support to assist with facilitating learning alongside class teacher.• Organising a range of school trips for the school (aprox. 250 pupils).• Managing challenging behaviour both in lessons and around the school.

• Supervising pupils at break and lunch times.• Ensuring health and safety, alongside COSHH standards were adhered to.• Administering first aid to pupils when necessary .

• Stock management, taking deliveries and assessing damaged stock.• Picking and packing.

• Managing the daily running of public house.• Ensuring health and safety standard are adhered to.• Stock management, ordering and organising deliveries.• Bookkeeping.• Recruiting and training staff.
